Blanking plate over the warm air intake opening and remove the vacuum piping from the side. I also took out the connection points and filled the holes with rivets.
Bad idea opening up the airbox. Glen knows why.You'll see why in Feb 2013.

waste of time doing owt to the airboxi have a un molested one for sale if anyone needs oneI run a K&N relocated to outside the bay behind the bumper.. i find this is the best way to go.
