Did a stone cold compression test turning over for exactly the same time as the warm 1 readings came back at ( 12.2-12.3-12.3-12.3 ) so slightly less than the warm 1 but I expected that?
I then cleaned all the oil of the rocker cover and had a genural wipe about, and dissided to take it to work

on the way I couldn't help but try and brake it so I put my foot to the floor and after a 20 seconds the smoke started flying out the back so I eased off, when I got to work lifted the bonnet to find oil had blown out of the breather thing on the rocker cover and poured down on to the manifold, hence the smoke I guess!!! So any ideas??? Thanks for all the help so far.
