The Polish international unlocked S3 got 4.1.2, it's available from Sammobiles. HTC One X owners are still waiting for 4.1.1

Most of the extras the Note 2 came with, different gallery, multiple apps in split screen mode, "smart rotate" some camera enhancements I think.
