I bet you could modify a 1600w hoover to get more suction, in ten years they may even be a forum for hot hoovers  (Renault 5 turbo forum accepted  :grin:)

This is just legislation to drive efficiency.

What's wrong with that?

Just like we had legislation to drive uptake of unleaded petrol and a change in taxation to drive people towards more efficient new cars.
