The small white clips that attach them to the roof are designed to break when you remove the gutters, and there are plenty of them available new on eBay when it comes to re-fitting the gutters.

Start at the back of the car working forward and gently prize them up using a wide head flat blade screwdriver.

It helps if you twist the door side upwards to release it from the lip 1st and when you get to the a pillar pull the gutter rail  upwards... saves bending it out of shape...

Dont worry to much abut the shape when it comes off as it need a mallet to put it back on and then conforms back to the roof shape..

The clip under the moulding, closest to the tailgate is NOT changeable, iirc it sits about 2 inches in, and to give it its best chance, I would advise heating that last section with a hot air gun, just to make the plastic a little more pliable
The felt section around the door aperture should be "untucked" before you try and remove the moulding itself, just get your fingers under it and gently pull towards you...Dont forget that we have a Mk2 section for all you queries
