So who's still got there winter tyres on?

I took mine off my old Passat and put the original wheels back on to sell it an the end of last month. When I picked up my new Passat, I thought "nah, I'm not going to need winters on this until October at the earliest" so cleaned them up and stored them away in the garage.

I haven't needed to go anywhere today, so none of the cars have been out in the snow, but I wonder how many others hand changed back to summer tyres only to get caught out?

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

Mine are still fitted. Had planned to do them this weekend ready for Easter but I guess I'll wait and see. Please I hadn't changed them over

Still got mine on.

Starting snowing here on Thursday night and hasn't stopped since  :shocked:
I had to clear a three foot snow drift from the garage door to get the car out.

I live out in the country and I have a 300m steep winding lane to the house.
I would be house bound without them.

I might just keep them on, less road noise, better fuel consumption and brilliant grip in the wet. (17's)

Still got mine on. But its never been above 4 degrees for months on my commute and icy for weeks.

I thought about swapping back 2-3 weeks ago...then the snow came back.
