Well you're looking at least £40-£60 an hour in a proper garage. Dealership would probably be nearer to £80 an hour I reckon!
wow not really worth fixin at a garage..i gave him 50 quid for his troubles...that's 10 more than he asked for and threw in a bottle of purple antifreeze as well...guess it was a good deal for both of us...he spent about 4 hours fixing the car...
well tried the car out and it no longer clunks when changing gears...the engine mounts are doing their job...but the interesting thing is now when I am going about 80mph and stomp on the accelerator then the revs go up to over 5000 and then automatically drop...i have no idea why as it did not do this before....is there a rev limiter on these cars that kicks in at high speeds? it is impossible to pass anyone on the motorway... as everone is driving 80-90mph...
