Why not get yours lowered, give the wheels a good clean and maybe try some spacers, you might be suprised how much better it looks for less outlay.

Yh I think gavv's and dom069's mk3s are very good examples of very nice mk3s with stock wheels!

Doesn't look like that sat out in the rain at the moment with 300 more miles of mud/horse sh1t/brake dust..i can hardly see out of the windows... :grin:

mine still has the std le mans alloys and there as new, not a mark on any of them which is why Im still not sure about changing them! http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=239559.0  I did have a pic some where of them without the big center cap and thought they looked quite good
