want to de-lock/handle boot?? help please

hi guys, ive seen a few cars on here with the boot handle shaved and i was just wondering how you get the boot to pop with no handle? any help would be a massive help as really would like to do this on my 1.8t  :laugh: :smiley:

Either rely on an internal boot release or wire in a solenoid activated from a remote fob.

I know that much  :wink: lol but wondered how to go about it and how to connect something to the michanism in the boot itself? Lol cheers
