Nothing to do with price, Marcus doesn't have the kit to do 2K, all his work is celly. To be honest I'm not fussed about stone chips etc as it's a race car. It's going to get binned in gravel, rubbed on armco etc.

Still use Celly from time to time on some of the real old stuff that I occasionally do Nick, so long as you left it long enough to dry, it was always good to flat and polish, key to best finish is heat, and the very best slow thinner you can get your hands on
