THIS.... Look forward to seeing the welding work.. Detail required if poss as I have very similar jobs to be carried out on the T25 and it's one thing I'm not experienced in.

Il try and get as many photos as I can but there's three of us working on it n they don't stop for pic whoring lol,

Little update, but no photos yet as I have no signel on my phone but il try

  got the rust patch under the side trim cut out and welded in a new bit. and also got the sill all ready to go and will be welding that in in the morning

Repair looks It looks sh!t but that because I primed it to shot rust, and then Darren started to pannel finish it. You can also see the new sill in this photo, only test fitted tho

Made good progress today, il let the photos do the talking,

Also had some rot behind the rear bumper so sorted that, it's not too pritty but you can't see it when finished so not too worried

I'm gunna cut it down and jiggle the edge at work on Monday then hopefully have it fitted Monday night

I would have loved to have sills like that on any of my old mk3s  great progress and clearly great welding skillz
