Sorry but this thread was about selling up and buying something quicker, then it turns into keep it and spend thousands on it as that make more sense

In fairness you have had your current car for a long time *applaud* but you did struggle to sell it for a few of those months of ownership.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I think a conversion is the way to go if you have an attachment to the car, however if you're looking for more power and want to have a newer car you may as well look at other options.

I look at mk2's and mk1's and the want one factor is right up there but mk4's..they just don't look right to me and thats why i'd like to see this mk3 evolve with its current owner.
