oil change and general servicing ,how long do you do yours

I change my oil every six months without fail and I cover roughly 2500 to 3000 miles to that. Plugs are cleaned at same time and will be changed after 12 months. Cone filter cleaned as and when required and my brake fluid and gearbox oil were changed earlier this year.

is it a hard job to change the gear box oil in a vr6

ive been told you should only top it up cos its almost impossible to change-drain it

No idea as I take mine to a garage for £20 it's not worth me getting under the car to do it myself. Then theres the old oil to dispose of and the new oil to buy. £20 seems fair to me.
