One man method that works for me is
Start with rear passenger side caliper.
Find a pint glass fill 1/3 up with fresh fluid.
Stick a clear plastic tube from nipple to glass. Make sure the plastic tube is fully submerged into the pint glass.
This insures that no return air goes back up the tube.
Crack open up the nipple.
As you top up the resivor, press brake pedel about three to four times (allways checking resivor) never letting the fluid to fall bellow low levels. You will see smaller bubbles flow down the clear tube thats okay!
Keep repeating until you have gone through about 1 litre of fluid on all four corners.
Remember to tighten each nipple up tight after each bleed as some people forget and you have to start over again.
By the time you have done three calipers the pedel should start to firm up as you go along.
Job done!
