If I disconnect the maf sensor will it run worse than it is now? Another thing that came up was bank 1 regulation without was woundering what that was about as well

If it is the MAF that is the problem, unplugging will make it better,if you unplug it and its worse then its not the MAF so plug it back in
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

i disconnected the MAF and it was still boosting sh!t i think i am going to buy the n75 valve on thursday when i get paid

I got a second hand n75 valve and reset the eml and the boost came back and worked well. I than left the car for an hour went to go for a spin and guess what no boost again after 3500 reves. I got a mate to rev my car while I looked under the bonnet and the actuator was not moving at all.
