I would think £1550 is a bit steep already, if I'm buying a conversion I want to drive it.  Generally "it just needs" means a) it's fooked b) it's fooked or, and this is the best case c) it's a load of work because it's been started, done badly and then sold several times. And yes, I am old and a bit tired and also like standard golfs

To me it's worth £500.00 notes - IMO and I'm not looking at this as a purchase....

It's a LHD car....

Need all the work done pulling out and redoing...

Then transfer to a BB rust free, run out car and then restore the type 19 to how it should be....

like - Rare as in; No One Bought It when new & still no one wants them.... 

Rare is "NOT" a word I use a lot on ebay - BTW....
