Probably the twin pipe looks best but I'm wondering what the oval option looks like on the GTD - does look right with the Golf rear diffuser.  For the Mk5 GTi there is an option of a 6"x4" oval end pipe.  Do you think this would look good?

Your probably right. The Scirocco R has Ovals - see the photo below.   But the GTD only has the pipes on one side.

Yeah they look very cool, that shape of tail as a twin(on the one side for the GTD) wud look stunning! Looking forward to seeing yours, is this costing you Cliff or are you a tester man and getting a sweet deal?

I'm the 'tester man' for the GTD and they are doing it for free....  They just need the car for a few days to do the R&D.  They are still looking for a Mk6 GTi....
