Can you play this online? I know you can play it over lan as I spent way too muchnot enough time playing it in my childhood.

you used to be able to play through a zone server type thing.
think that has been closed for years.

you can do direct ip multiplayer, but i personally not go it working.

I used to spend millions of hours playing aom multiplayer co op 3 vs 3, growing up sucks

Play via IP, thats how we use to do it. I'd host, send my ip to my mates and they would join in. Just make sure its exempt from firewall and any other programs that may block it.

Works great over LAN and internet.

For internet, just open your ports or set up a VPN.
