:D awsome, one of my mates decided to go mental on his old car, painted every panel a different colour (like a harlequins), rusted the bonnet, and wraped one wing in hello kitty wrapping paper :D got some good attention though. even with no 1st gear and a broken hand break :D

you gonna do whole car or just bonnet or something? i think whole car would be too much personally but hey each to there own :) cant wait to see the outcome

Plan is to do each pannel, bar the roof, with just one genuine Wally, get some red curtains round the inside of each window, lower on red rims with polished hub caps and white wall tyres and leave at that

I'll be honest, the reason I'm doing it is the bodywork is very shabby. I'm going to sort some rust, get it primered then wrap it for the summer. I'll then wrap it in a solid colour after VW Festival in August. I can get the wrap reasonably cheap.

Going to drop the car on coilovers with polished hubcaps and whitewalls, red camper style curtains all round and reckon it'll create some smiles, which is what it's all about at the end of the day :D

Why don't you go the whole hog and upgrade the horn to that off an ice cream van.

Then you'll have the ultimate paedo mobile.
