with the dash conversion i was doing a mk3 one would look poo. it had to be audi, could have had an s3 one yea but they alone were going for £99 so though pay a little bit extra and get an r8 one

if you can find one a golf mk 3.5 fits straight on and so does the lupo gti. both look good.

is the dash a propper S3 one tho mate, coz they have illuminated heater controls on the S3.. yours looks like the base model one ?

i also have the option to fit a Audi dash, but cant decide to or not?, iv asked u this in the other thread about wheels, but how much of a pain is it to ft ? which bits need trimming ?

the dash, centre console etc are all s3 except the heater controls. i wanted to make it simpler for myself, and every s3 i looked at had the climate control in there instead of the knobs, these controls plugged straight in and fully work. just had the faceplate from a a3 then to fit, well had to use 2 to make the gauge pods
