Congrats on the ED35, very nice hope you have many miles of fun.

I like Rocco's too but I need the practicality of the Golf.

The Mrs drives the A1 I wasn't buying another Mini and I got a good deal on something that will have a strong residual. The economy it has will make up for lack of it. I am a VW nut having had MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5 and MK6 GTI,s, 16V, VR6 and a Golf R. I ran a Corrado G60 for a while also. Every now and again I buy something different but always come back to VW...

Sold the R a year ago. I bought it March 2010 and sold it last April when I was offered money I couldn't refuse. The Roc was traded for the 35 and in between the R and Roc I had  6 months with a GTD I bought to keep me going as said before I am a VW nut. I will see how I get on with the 35 but have told my dealer I already want a MK7 GTI when they come out. Mad I am.....

No not paid to much, I went mad when I bought the R, and when I could get out of it I let it go. The 35 I got 2K of list as my dealer looks after me, not bad I think, and my Roc lost 2K in 8 months of ownership, all in all I have lost 3k in the last year as both the GTD and Roc where used.. I will see how the 35 goes but I could sell after 6 months as I have another car to keep me going....
