not on bout putting the s3 lump in a rallye, i just want a standard one lol ever since i had my first few mk2's all ive wanted is a rallye

I drive a G60 Jetta daily and with the few standard mods the engines are great, very torquey and surprises a lot of other road users. I've got mine on a taller ratio gearbox and get about 34mpg out of it, so all in all great to drive. Not gonna be as comfortable as an A3 of course, but if you've owned a mk2 before you know all that
