16v advice
« on: 26 April 2012, 12:21 »
i havent had my 16v very long and wanted some advice on setting it up properley,

ive just fitted a fuel lifter pump as the last one gave up on me, thanks <<rich>> for sending me a new one its now back up and running , however it just doesnt seem to run properley when cold its very rough on tick over and gets a little better when warm also it seems like its under powered compared to my old mk3, not expecting it to be faster but my mrs polo 8v seems to be quicker off the mark.

i was wondering if theres anywhere i could take it in the nottingham area to check the engine over. or if anyones got any ideas,

had a look at the guides on the site and may have a pop myself however would prefer a pro
to look at it.
