i dont think he lengthened the shell, only widenend it , i think as the mk1 doors have the quater light section removed make the doors look longer, i might be wrong but im sure its the same length, the 'low'ness and the size of the wheels (well and the bits of the wheels that are hiding in the arches...) lol, just adds to the illusion that it is longer......

awesome bit of tooling though... :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink:

glad you all like my golf /the doors havent been streched its just been widend it took me 14 hours to paint to get it like that with no  booth or oven spray booth should be comming in a couple of weeks thanks to all/need to get hold ov dubfather for my windows can you give me a ring on (number edited) please ill ring straight back :laugh: :tongue:

are you getting front windows without quator lights? how much has it cost you, if you don't mind me asking? its just awesome bud!!!
