Really, how are you supposed to warn people about mentioned idiots?

If you can't afford, don't click buy? Sometimes the intelligence of the human species really is questionable..

i filed a non payment thing and got the fees back and ebay said there would be a non payment thing against his name but i can't see it if there is one,so basically as a seller you can't warn other people about time wasting tossers

From a seller point of view eBay is ridiculously stupid. 98% of cases opened go in favour of the buyer regardless of what the case is. Thankfully via intelligence I caught a guy out wo claimed the ps3 I sold him was scratched and not working. He closed the PayPal case once I listed the evidence he was a scammer in bullet points for PayPal to read. He had shot himself in the foot with a bunch of quotes. Even if he left the case open he would have probably got the money back anyway!

ive stoped using ebay, unless i really have to for selling, the fees are rediculous, ive been a memebr for the best part of 12 years and the change in those 12 years has been immense, yes, as a company they have grown and have had to meet overheads but there are better way to do it than the way they are.

I'd rather post on the classified section here and such other forum

you can take a buyer to court (small claims) for not fulfilling a contractual obligation.
