Im looking to replace the seats on my VR6 as they are getting pretty worn and I want something I can sit a bit deeper in to give me support for track days etc. Is it a difficult job to replace the seats? Im looking at these seats.

It says they come with sliders but im guessing they wont go straight in so how difficult would it be to get them to fit? Has anyone here done it on a Mk3?
