Well done dave - I am guessing the engine was still out of the car though

Was removed prior to operation!

You'd be mental to do it with the engine in the car!!

Absolutely  :afro:

Another cracking night of progress last night.

Petrol tank with mk4 pump in
Fuel lines in
Brake servo in
Master cylinder in
Gear shifter (02J) in
Rear shock assemblies in
Rear beam poly bushes in
Every old brake line off
Re lining the whole car well underway
Dodgy bias valve looked at

delivery of a couple of things today: braided lines for the front and the shell to beam. Also importantly the banjo bolts for the rear conversion hoses, which Dave couldn't get anywhere on the Island.

also something which perturbed me about some other hoses is that they appear to pull through the holes in the beam, so I've got some M12 washers to allow the spring clips to hold everything in place properly.

Oooh and we have another couple of workshop mugs, from my mate Dave, aka Futbus, who provided the HEL hoses.
