ai sounds like him lol managed to f**k it up even with the part number  im sure hes a nice lad but part numbers are not his forte

Lol when you could order Audi parts through Capitol I went in to order a numberplate light holder and asked for either side.  He was adamant that it was the same number for both sides until I showed him both parts which had DIFFERENT part numbers

The number of times he's ordered me the wrong part........it got to the stage where unless I went in with the part number I'd just turn around and go back another day when he wasn't on the desk

Mike and Dai are the two most helpful lads on parts :afro:  Had quite a few freebies  :lipsrsealed: :smug:

That's Chris   I didn't find him too helpful at first as he always wanted my reg number for everything I ordered until I explained to him that the parts I wanted do indeed fit my car but weren't originally fitted to it.  I don't think he'd ever heard the term 'modifying'

One of the lads though gave me a great compliment about my MK5 boot lid handle - he thought it was a replica part rather than having had the handle welded in; said it looked factory fitted

Used to be ok for me until they stopped doing all VAG parts   Will only sell VW parts now.

Luckily I got a mate with a TPS account  :smug:
