garage is refusing a refund,

they have taken the old immobiliser partially out, and now thats whats cutting the power, but they are saying the car is bought without warranty or guarentee, despite one of their staff admitting to me the car had a problem when he mot'd it, He has also dopne the invoice as a trade sale, although when I bought the car nothing was mentioned as it was advertised on the forecourt at the sold price.

this guys quite clearly itk that hes sold a duff car..

currently its parked at the auto electricians after the RAC guy that towed it there confirmed its the immobiliser thats cutting the power.

to be fair we didnt know it was that at first, Rob just offered to come round and see if he could figure it out, and we got its started, oput it down to a bad connection across the leads..

yup, i'm playing their game purely incase it goes down the trading standards route, the autoelectrician started on it yesterday afternoon reckons he will have it sorted for this morning.

They're bascially taking apart the fuse box and removing anything thats aftermarket, i.e. all the alarms/immobilisers

its got a push button start under the dash board too !!

full test drive about 10 miles, push starts hidden right under so wouldnt have seen that,

just had someone tell me through facebook there was guy outside the garage with a sandwich board saying dont buy from here.. why couldn't he have been there last week !!
