I would be truly worried about the system and how it is setup and controlled. Not long ago the government wasted literally millions on something called ContactPoint which was a database of every child under the age of 18yrs. On there was due to be every service they accessed with professionals names. Now that may seem like a good idea but the government handed it out to a LOT of workers. The abuse and possible use of that system nationally for the wrong reasons was never thought of. No request needed to add my daughter or yours on to it, and the hospitals GPs social services education would all have fed info onto the system with ongoing live data so all links to services logged. This may include sensitive medical teams etc

That to me is a worry. I see many parralells to this last proposal.  I see nobody commented back about Anonymous

What about Honorary Judges leaving laptops on public transport that could contain files of cases such as child abuse with photographic evidence, what about the stolen V5's, what about the Child benifit informtion that went missing several years back?

I was one of the many people who had there information go missing during that incident.

Oh and no one was told off
