We took subway to Yankee stadium felt no dofferent to London underground.

Only hired bikes round central park, didn't venture onto streets think I would have been run over :D

Thank god! You put Times square in the OP and i was a bit :shocked:

Now changed :)

Wouldn't catch me cycling over there, bad enough getting taxi from airport  :shocked:

I found Harlem ok, did get stopped by a Policeman though asking if I was lost back in 1998.  Thought it was quite a friendly place with everyone sat on the steps shooting hoops!

Need to go back for a Brooklyn baked cheesecake at some point!

NY was great however being very lucky enough to have had a road trip across America it didnt even make my top 3. Yellowstone National Park with Vegas 2nd and New Orleans coming in 3rd.

Was great fun and and awesome place to start the trip from. That new "Freedom" tower is coming along quick, this was it back in July last year.



The Shard in London is going (gone, its almost done now) up at a snails pace compared to that.
