+1
maybe we should start an e petition on the .gov website? less talk more action i say! We need to embrace the law of the land, as long as you don't steal and don't hurt anyone then everything should be fine! I don't see why things get so complicated! I posted this website up before but im gonna do it again anyway.

God I hate websites that constantly use italics to condescend to the reader despite advocating that they stand for the contrary.

Why can't they simply present the facts and allow people make their own decisions based on information supplied? I will persevere with reading other parts of the website to what they have to offer though.

Hadn't really seriously considered it previously as Alex Salmond is a fat thingy too but, I am considering voting yes for Scottish Independence just in the hope that it'll wipe the smile off that smug prick Camerons face.

Salmond is an ass as well as you say.... Loads better than scameron though....

the forums pretty good, theres alot i didn't know until i read it. did you know under common law the law of the land a policeman has no jurastriction over you unless you verbally give him your name! They can't do anything until you actually say it. Didn't beleive it until they tried to give me points. Refused, got chucked out of court. UNBELEIVABLE!

Is that true? You refused to give them your name and foof court adjourned you are free to go?

Did you know that Fanta (Owned by Coca Cola PLC) came about in 1939 when they wanted to sell to Nazi Germany but not corrupt their wholesome all American image? It's about profit not people.

basicly you refuse to give them you name, they will play tricks on you to get you to say it and everything. you quote the law of the land aka i havn't hurt anyone or stolen anything and by refusing to divulge your name verbally im refusing to you jurastiction over me. when i say it gets thrown out of court i mean it doesnt make it that far. it cant go that far as they have no jurastriction over you. did you also know your car doesnt have to be regestered with dvla or licensed! its all legal but it WILL get towed and you will have to go through the legal process again and again every time it happens but you can also sue them for costs and damages when they do it. not worth doing imo as it is a massive waste of time and will cost you in the long run, but i love how nobody publicises that you dont actually have to listen to dvla nazis.

All the stuff your talking about comes under 'Freemans Law' Read up about it, its very interesting. It explains how our law system dates back and is still based upon maritime law which is why you step into a 'dock'. Also by doing so your agreeing that you are the corporation of yourself, which is why your name appears as capitals on things such as a birth certificate. They have leagal controll over 'JOE BLOGGS' because he is classed as a registered coporation, wheres as Joe from the family bloggs is a free entiny on the land, who only needs to live by the common laws of the land.

But how many of us/you would use any of this and feel able to with no recourse from the officialdom? You need to be very knowledgable in the first instance as sub acts etc can get you in even more hot water.
