Just checked my keys as they're here next to me. Both are 1991 mk2 keys, ones from a 16v for the ignition, the other is the shells original 1.3 key and both are coded AH. Original Mk2 key is far better than a chewy new style one imo. Original key attached to a toad ai606 key fob, wired to r-click door solenoids ftw

Likewise. I've just checked my keys for a '91 and the're AH profile. I bought one of ebay and there very good copy.
So I would say, check the profile on the key and go ahead and get one.
