i dunno why everone raves on about the BAM engine am i missing something!

the way i understand it i have a AGU which has the big valve head but is let down by the software of the ecu

the newer engines have vvt and small valve head which i presume is to get same performance as the big valve head and is easier to map because has newer software and more sensors

and the 225bhp 1.8 turbos only have bigger turbos and a more aggresive map than the earlier counterparts correct me if im wrong!

i heard loads of people rave on about the BAM engine its the best blar blar blar.... so the scene tax will go up so will cost a fortune to get a BAM engine

i would just bolt k04-001,fmic and usuall mods and get it mapped be a better option in my opinion

They have stronger internals from what I have read plus your starting with 225bhp, remap will get you 260bhp whilst getting a 150 to 260bhp will not be cheap.

I agree. That's why I thought it would be a good idea @wayne that engine and a remap.
