QTR bills Gas and Electric don't trust estimates!

I used to work for British Gas an regularly adjusted estimated bills.  It was fairly straightforward.

Monthly i submit the readings online and it debits me how much i have used. You can also keep track of your monthly spend etc to make savings.

I had a prob with BG, we were paying £107 a month DD, which build up £250 credit in 3 months so I phoned to adjust it. So they offered to change it to £105 it it down to £90 in the end, after two months I get a letter saying its gone up to £105. So switched to EON where I should save about £160 A year on my actual bills. DD is now ~£70.

Although British Gash did offer £100 for me to stay so if you're with BG get on the blower

any idea what happens when they come to check on a prepay meter thats stoped working ?

the singel phase to my workshop is on a prepay     it used to be expensive and anoying  but last time it ran out of credit the power didn't go off and that was about a year ago   of course i've failed to notice that problem is will they when they come to fit 3phase
