They said seats aren't covered under warranty they are a wear and tear item.
Ive had that. I found it a shame as other companies cover them from excessive ware for such low useage.
Glad they replaced it. I myself would use an independent over a VW dealer. Im yet to find a VW dealer who even has a hint of knowing what there doing...
