Another c0ck up by the FA! Well done chaps... if england did have any chance of winning anything it would have been with this guy.

I have to agree with Capello on this one (well from his point of view).. Terry should still be captain until proven guilty. Which will be decided by the courts.

The FA should have removed him as captain or from the england set up immediately if they felt he had done something wrong. Instead they chose to sit on the fence and wait until now.

Well done.. you undermine the best manager england have ever had, and now it will cost you a fair few million more to replace him. No matter, its not like you are short of cash

With a 67% win ratio.. can you name a manager that has a better record?? i think not... GTFO

El tev is a crap manager. Pearce would not get it.

Ruud is currently looking for work, as is Rafa.... Maybe Luis Van Gaal??? The only decent english manager available is Hoddle. He should never have gone in the first place.

Fair enough, but I don't think he had the respect from the players. Against decent teams, his tactics were shocking, and if you cant get your message accross to players because of language barriers, what chance do you have. Venables did a cracking job last time round imo. Probs the best performing manager for England for as long as I can remember. Hoddle was amongst the worst England managers I can remember too, so I prey they don't consider him and is psychologist ideology!
Think the FA will try as much as possible to appoint an English/British manager this time round with the exception of a "special one/s"!

His tactics were not shocking... his team was sh1t. What did you expect the man to do?? He doesnt have a problem with english... he just choses not to speak english to the press. Some people would say that clever... but it depends if you fit into that category.

Having an english manager has been tried before.. it doesnt work. How many of the england players play for a english manager?? does it make them play better??

Seriously if I spent as much time doing something useful as I do following football I would be seriously rich!!

Foook it... make me the manager. One thing is for sure.. I would command their respect by earning it the good ol fashioned way. Gambling, cheating, drinking, clubing, sleeping around... I would show all those overpaid good for nothing cnuts how to really do it all

Lets face it, best choice will be "The Special one".  He is available....but would he want the job?
