Jaguar XK-SS. Barring the mini and Porsche 550 Spyder this is pretty much the only pre-70's road car I like.

Nah, the BRM's were so overengineered and overthought that they never worked half as well as they should have done and were too large and heavy compared to the Lotus and Eagle.

...and for the completely bonkers, the Amercian-built Vector W8 Twin-Turbo. Ridiculously powerful, aircraft technology but it was hopelessly unreliable and never lived up to the makers claims. However, look at it!! It's 80s car porn!
