Feels like it. Can't breathe or eat, coughing up blood and being sick. Just waiting for the antibiotics to kick in.

Kinda depends upon what you like (Im guessing from Columbiana action may be more important than script/concept) but some recent faves include:

Crazy stupid love (really cant believe I enjoyed this so much!)
Drive (Wierd and all about the visuals)
Puncture (strange and slightly depressing but an excellent tale based on real life with an interesting message)
Hangover part 2 (Pretty obvious)
Bunraku (you have to watch it to see what its like really :P)
Suckerpunch (Again, wierd and all about the visuals and soundtrack but what pretty visuals and what a soundtrack!)
The girl with the dragon tattoo (Not technically out but very good if a little OTT on the disturbing front)

For something a bit more alternative/Indy I cant recomend Paycheck highly enough (its a bit old but still really good) and Paper man is pretty good too although definately not to everyones tastes and I cant forget Zombieland for easy kicks and giggles and Scott Pilgrim vs the world for daftness.

A Beautiful Mind

Another brilliant film!

Crazy Beautiful, with Kirsten Dunst was a good film too, well when I was younger.
Mad Love, with Drew Barrymore, is also good and a bit ummm weird.
