Renting and sky

I have never rented somewhere before so it may sound dumb.

Do you need the permission of the landlord to get a sky dish stuck on the house?

:)

Probably depends on the wording of the lease

Its a bugger as the house isn't in a virgin cable/fibre optic area.

If you owned some of the ole bricks n mortar, then rented it out, would you mind about someone drilling holes into it? Then fitting some ugly junk, running a cable all over the place, a few more holes for fun, just to be able to watch Discovery Health...

I'd be happy to let them to be honest.  It makes the place more appealing to future tenants if a dish is already installed.

I've had 4 installations done, and they've all been very good.
