Bit of help please !!!

Hi guys just had a little collision in a car park.

Me driving up past parked cars on my left. Doing no more than 2 mph virtually still. A vectra pulled out on me causing damage to my ns wheel and wing.

I don't want my no claims to be affected by this as I believe I am in the right, but I am getting a doubt every time I think about it.

I have an independent witness yet so has he.

What are your thoughts??

Any help would be apprciated

You won't lose your no claims but you'll still see an increase in premium. Mine has increase by around 30% due to a non-fault claim which wasn't even processed by my insurer

If you have his details, (phone number or address), get in touch with him and see if he would prefer to pay for repairs without getting insurance involved. (Thats if he's admitting he is at fault.) Will be cheaper  for the repair, and will not affect either of your premiums. Simples.
