I feel this is a rather archaic view you two are taking, somthing highly satisfying about cooking a good meal. 90%of the worlds top chefs are male...

They take this view now, but just put a BBQ in front of them and it'll be a completely different story! "step aside woman, this mans work."  :grin: :wink:

Men are generally interested in food and eating large quantities of tasty food, so it follows that if you want to eat nice stuff you learn how to cook nice food yourself.

In our house, savoury food is mostly my domain, baking on the otherhand is something my wife does and does it very well.

+1 thats exactly why I like to cook the dinner at least a couple of times a week

A quick dinner tonight..... Smoked ham omelette, chips and beans.
 
I can't see me making Master Chef with that one  :smiley:
