what wheel bolts do i need for my wheels? UPDATED with Pics 2nd page

Hi just had the scariest moment of my life 

noticed a vibration thought it was strange as car had been running fine day before, went to pic dad up from local train station and it got loud so stopped car.

had a look and he noticed back wheel was wobbling  then on closer inspection 3 bolts have dissappeared?

now i know 100% the bolts had been tightened up when i put wheels on so dont know whether someone has tried to steal my wheels then ran out of time/ given up or they had just worked loose.


So question is i have 20mm spacers on rear with these wheels below, what bolts do i need? The bolts came with the spacers so dont even know if they were right ones to start  with?

With them being aftermarket wheels I would have thought they will be taper bolts

Have a look where the bolts contact the wheels and feel with your finger if its straight or slightly curved

*Edit* And the link to the cases it shows you down the bottom they come with bolts which are taper bolts.

Don't know if they are cades that's the thing. Think they are vmr as he rang them up and apparently they do make the wheels in 5x100 of you phone up or something  lol

Are tapered different to normal bolts?

Standard bolts are Radius, most aftermarket are tapered.

when you search google for VMR 5 x 100 you get this thread, which is a few years old

And VMR say they don't make 5x100 only 5x112 and 5x120 and no site which sells the VMR's sell 5x100.
So am pretty positive they are Cades and are taper bolts

Just text Nadlad and he said he used tapered bolts so that sorts that. Just need to get some long enough to fit on 20mm spacers.

standard are 27mm thread length i think, i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong so 50mm at least i would have thought

yeah 27mm standard, if they are 20mm bolt through spacers 50mm will do. if they are bolt on spacers buy you may need you cut them down if they are too long
