Lol 20" calf muscles, I'm not surprised having to shift 22.5 stone about lol....
I think the true test of strength is not bench, but weighted chin ups. I can max rep 130kg and rep 110kg easily, but I can only do about 10 chin ups. With one plate on I can do 6 ups and with 2 plates on 3 ups....f**k all basically. And yet I've got a mate who can only max rep 100kg on bench and yet he can do 20 chin ups with 2 plates on.....that's strength for you my friends. By the way I weigh near 280lbs and my mush just 235lbs.
