only if your taking the standard top mounts off the standard suspension to use on your coilovers. in which case deffinately use spring compressors, i know someone who slipped and fired the spring through one of those enormous industrial wheelie bins

yeah im not surprised, you ever seen one go off? they are surprisingly fast and powerful, and the one i saw go off wasnt that compressed

i think i shal invest then cause i need to take the topmounts off the rears

are the rears whole units or independent springs and dampers? if there independent then you wont need them bud. if its one unit you will though.

best bet is get them online, ebay or something for like £10
