Danny don't think it would be too hard to do mate, i will start my invsetigation...

if you post some photos up to jog my memory of what needs to be where on said pipe i'll have a rummage round in the shed and dig some old ones out and have a play with them if all goes well i'll see if the pipe bender will bend the tube nicely

Danny i have not took it off the car yet and will not do so until i find a replacement in case it falls apart on removal and then im stuck with nowt

I have a spare early second hand pipe and a brand new early pipe that is due to arrive soon.  It has an additional outlet that can be capped off so it fits a late 16v like mine.
I will be selling both of them in the near future.

I have tried in the past contacting manufacturers such as Meyle but have never managed to get a response from either the UK or German office.
