think the centre cap is 78mm

once done up with a spanner there is no chance of getting it of by hand

or you can make your own like I did

I bought a wrecked set of ebay and butchered them :lipsrsealed:
I preferred the look of the small centre caps.

Is that a wrecked set of the complete BBS i.e. the whole thing - centre cap plus surround/dish?  Or just the centre caps?  What was the process of converting?

The only thing I used was the screw in part

Spoke to Jaguar at Park Royal earlier and they said that the centre cap tool is on back order until at least March 2012!

definitely get the BBS spanner removal tool, i have the standard BBS one (looks like a glasses case)as it came with my Golf 25th Anni, it's rubbish, then bought the bbs spanner one, much stronger and it dosent twist out of shape when trying to remove the centre caps.  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-BBS-RC-RSII-VW-Audi-removal-tool-/170744169952?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27c12545e0
