Now you've said that, they remind me of TSW stealths with an extra spoke.

im really tempted to buy these

Really not feeling those myself, another example of a very 90's looking rim.

I am not keen, they are Nissan 350z rims, just seen them on another forum.

I'm confused, thought this thread was about nicest rims, you posted them but say you're not keen...

I dont like the mk1, its to in your face and the wheels are to big for it, its to 90's looking and i hate mk1's which where modified in the 90's, a mk1 golf needs to be kept simple, like the pea green one its simple and effective

Well this thread was meant to be about nice wheels and I do like them.  However you are right on them being a tad roller skate like for the mk1

Put the wheel size aside (and the cage that I don't like) and I would say its not that bad at all.  The car itself is not 90's styled really, small bumpers for a start.  I remember the amount of MK1's ruined in the 90's with big bumper conversions and 17" Halfrauds rims!

No its defo got a 90's vibe with the massive wheels and cage, and the soothed boot, i like the less is more look on a mk1, super clean paint just lowered on nice rims

Apparently there are other, less functional wheels available.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
