I dont like the mk1, its to in your face and the wheels are to big for it, its to 90's looking and i hate mk1's which where modified in the 90's, a mk1 golf needs to be kept simple, like the pea green one its simple and effective

Well this thread was meant to be about nice wheels and I do like them.  However you are right on them being a tad roller skate like for the mk1

Put the wheel size aside (and the cage that I don't like) and I would say its not that bad at all.  The car itself is not 90's styled really, small bumpers for a start.  I remember the amount of MK1's ruined in the 90's with big bumper conversions and 17" Halfrauds rims!  :sick:
