Im from the outskirts in a small village. Its quite quiet, not much crime near me.

I don't think I can say avoid any particular village in barnsley because they all have their own nice and bad parts...

Oh i can think of afew kendry been one mate but as you say round here theres good and bad everywhere i have good knowledge of south yorkshire too wheres good and not so good if you want any further info chuff

I'm in NW Sheff/Barnsley sort of area, what sort of job are you looking for?

to be fair kittie, anything, but would prefer summat in the motor trade, or driving, and I have forklift licences

and big thanks to all the offers of help when i finally start house hunting etc :afro:

What sort of commute you willing to do from where you plan to move too?There are silly amounts of jobs going in Lincoln at the minute,im about 20-30mins from Dom in Donny......which turns out has a zoo! :grin:
Give me a shout if you want me to put you in touch with some people round here in the motor trade.Or in the engineering sector which im in.
